Research status and prospect of military professional identity

军人职业认同是军人职业健康水平和军事适应能力的重要影响因素。我们综述了职业认同的概念和研究历程,重点回顾了国内外关于军人职业认同的内涵、形成过程和研究现状的理论文献,对军人职业认同的概念进行了界定,并介绍了国内外关于军人职业认同的测量工具,同时总结了军人职业认同的影响因素和影响结果。从理论和实践研究的角度,对未来军人职业认同的研究方向进行了展望,为我军深入开展职业认同的研究、提供军人职业化的对策建议,以及将研究成果应用于军队职业教育和军事人员晋升选拔提供了有益参考。

Military professional identity is a significant factor affecting the level of occupational health and military adaptability.We summarize research concept and process of professional identity,mainly review the literature on the connotation,forming process and research status of military professional identity at home and abroad,define the concept of military professional identity,introduce the measuring instrument of military professional identity at home and abroad,and summarize the affecting factors and results of military professional identity.The paper makes a prospect for the future research of military professional identity from the perspective of theoretical and practical research,and provide a useful reference for the PLA to carry out the research of professional identity,provide suggestions for military professionalization,and apply the research production to military vocational education and personnel promotion and selection.
