摘要 目的研究莲子心(Plumula Nelumbinis)中的脂肪酸类成分。方法用乙醇回流提取莲子心,得莲子心乙醇提取物,然后依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对莲子心乙醇提取物进行萃取,减压浓缩后,得石油醚层、乙酸乙酯层、正丁醇层及水层。借助硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析以及反相制备型高效液相色谱法等现代分离方法对其乙酸乙酯层进行了分离纯化,利用理化性质以及现代波谱学方法对分离得到的化合物结构进行了结构鉴定。结果从莲子心乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为N-palmitoylethanolamine(1)、N-oleoylethanolamine(2)、N-linoleoylethanolamine(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(7)、原儿茶醛(8)、2-(3′,4′-二羟苯基)-1,3-胡椒环-5-醛(9)、豆甾烷-3β-醇-6-酮(10)。结论化合物1、2、3、8、9为首次从莲属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the fatty acid composition in Lianzixin(Plumula nelumbinis). Methods The Lianzixin(Plumula nelumbinis) was taken and extracted with ethanol. The ethanol extract of Lianzixin(Plumula nelumbinis) was obtained. Then the ethanol extract of Lianzixin(Plumula nelumbinis) was extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. After concentration under reduced pressure, the petroleum ether layer, ethyl acetate layer, n-butanol layer and aqueous layer were obtained. The ethyl acetate layer was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and reverse phase preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopy methods were used to separate the ethyl acetate layer. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified from ethanol extracts of Lianzixin(Plumula nelumbinis).They were N-palmitoylethanolamine(1),N-oleoylethanolamine(2), N-linoleoylethanolamine(3), dibutyl phthalate(4), carotenoside(5), β-gusterol(6), β-gusterol palmitate(7), procatechin(8), 2-(3’,4’-dihydrophenyl)-1,3-(3’,4’-dihydrophenyl)-5-aldehyde(9), and dendane-3 β-alcohol-6-ketone(10).Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9 were obtained from Lianzixin(Plumula nelumbinis) for the first time.
