益气定眩汤辅助盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈性眩晕对NPY、IL-1β的变化研究

Effect of Yiqi Dingxuan Decoction(益气定眩汤)on NPY and IL-1βin Patients with Cervical Vertigo Treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule

目的研究益气定眩汤辅助盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈性眩晕对患者神经肽Y(NPY)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的变化。方法选取医院2018年3月—2019年12月收治的84例颈性眩晕患者进行研究,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,试验组给予益气定眩汤辅助盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。记录两组治疗前后眩晕评分及脑灌注状态指标、NPY、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率为85.71%(36/42),高于对照组的66.67%(28/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组相对脑血流量(rCBV)、相对脑血容量(rCBF)、CGRP水平高于对照组,NPY、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组,平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰时间(TTP)短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组眩晕评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气定眩汤辅助盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈性眩晕可调节NPY、CGRP、IL-1β、TNF-α的表达水平,改善脑灌注状态,减轻眩晕症状。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Dingxuan Decoction(益气定眩汤)combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule on neuropeptide Y(NPY)and IL-1β(IL-1β)in patients with cervical vertigo.s Methods A total of 84 patients with cervical vertigo admitted in our hospital on March 2018 to December 2019 were selected for the study,and were divided into two groups by random number method.The control group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule and the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Dingxuan Decoction and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule.The vertigo score,cerebral perfusion in-dex,levels of NPY,CGRP,IL-1βand TNF-αwere recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total effec-tive rate of the two groups was calculated.s Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.71%(36/42),higher than 66.67%(28/42)of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the levels of rCBV,rCBF and CGRP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of NPY,IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,and MTT and TTP were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vertigo score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).n Conclusion Yiqi Dingxuan Decoction combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule in the treatment of cervical vertigo can regulate the levels of NPY,CGRP,IL-1βand TNF-α,improve the state of cerebral perfusion and alleviate the symptoms of vertigo.
