温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病随机对照研究的Meta分析

Effectiveness of Warming Needle Moxibustion for Cervical Apondylotic Radiculopathy:A Meta-analysis

目的:系统评价温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Embase数据库,同时辅以手工检索,检索自建库起时至2020年10月31日所有温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的随机对照临床研究文献。根据文献纳入与排除标准,将最终纳入的文献进行数据提取,使用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行风险分析,最后采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献13篇,研究对象总计1012例。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组总有效率优于对照组[OR=5.25,95%CI(3.29,8.38),Z=6.94,P<0.00001],治疗组在改善VAS方面优于对照组[WMD=-1.94,95%CI(-2.19,-1.69),Z=14.98,P<0.00001]。结论:温针灸可以有效治疗神经根型颈椎病,减轻疼痛症状。但由于本研究文献质量普遍不足,循证学证据质量较低,仍需高质量的随机对照研究来证实。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of warm need moxibustion in the treat of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Through computer retrieval and manual retrieval of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase database,search the datebase all about the randomized controlled clinical literature in the treatment of radicular cervical spondylosis by warm acupuncture.According to the criteria of literature inclusion and exclusion,the final literature data was extracted.We used Cochrane bias risk assessment tool for risk analysis,and finally used RevMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results:Finally,13 articles were included and 1012 subj ects were studied.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of warm acupuncture was better than that of the control group [OR=5.25,95%CI(3.29,8.38),Z=6.94,P<0.00001];and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the vas of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy[WMD=-1.94,95%CI(-2.19,-1.69),Z=14.98,P<0.00001].Conclusion:Warming needle moxibustion can effectively treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and relieve pain symptoms.However,due to the low quality of literature and evidence-based evidence,this conclusion still needs to be confirmed by high-quality randomized controlled study.
