传统气功中的仿生类导引探析

An Analysis of Bionic Guidance in Traditional Qigong

仿生类的导引,是中华传统气功中的重要组成部分。本文根据历史发展脉络,对传统导引气功中涉及"仿生"的相关文献进行了梳理,并划分为四个阶段,指出其在不同时期对民众养护的独特价值及对祖国医学的贡献,从而有助于更好地发挥仿生导引气功在当代中医临床中的价值。

The guidance of bionic class has always been an important part of traditional Qigong.According to the historical development context,this paper combs the relevant literature about "bionic" in traditional guiding Qigong,and divides it into four stages,pointing out its unique value to the people’s conservation in different periods and its contribution to the motherland’s medicine.Thus,it is helpful to give full play to the value of bionic guiding Qigong in the clinical practice of contemporary Chinese medicine.
