水利水电工程排水系统污染控制多目标规划模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 工程收益率、污染物控制率等因素与污染控制工作相关,传统规划模型致使其他因素与污染物之间的比例关系不协调,构建全新的水利水电工程排水系统污染控制多目标规划模型。设定污染控制目标函数,根据水利水电工程不同流域功能划分控制单元,设置污染控制最优水环境容量;明确优先权设置约束条件,建立污染控制多目标规划模型。实验结果新的多目标规划模型获得的影响因素比例关系更协调。由此可见,多目标规划模型具有协同决策的能力,提升污染控制方案的合理性。 Factors such as project return rate and pollutant control rate are related to pollution control.The traditional planning model leads to the disharmony of the proportional relationship between other factors and pollutants.A new multi-objective planning model for pollution control of drainage system of water conservancy and hydropower projects is constructed.The paper sets the objective function of pollution control,divides the control unit according to different watershed functions of water conservancy and hydropower projects,and sets the optimal water environment capacity of pollution control.It defines the priority,sets the constraints,and establishes a multi-objective programming model for pollution control.The results show that the proportion relationship of influencing factors obtained by the new multi-objective programming model is more coordinated.It can be seen that the multi-objective programming model has the ability of collaborative decision-making and improves the rationality of pollution control scheme.
