一种调节阀误差限检测系统设计

摘要 调节阀误差限在实际应用中测量较为困难,主要是由于检测设备不完善导致数据不稳定和重复性低。针对该情况,结合调节阀误差限的检测原理分析了其数据产生误差的原因,并设计了一种新的误差限检测系统,给出了该系统不确定度的计算结果。 Detecting valve error limit becomes difficult because of the imperfection of test equipment which incurring instability and low repeatability of the data.In view of this situation,having detection theory based to analyze the reason of the data error and design a new detection system for the error limit was implemented,including presenting the results of calculating the detection system’s uncertainty.
