基于脑肠互动学说探讨中医药治疗肠易激综合征的机制

To Explore the Mechanism of TCM Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)Based on The Theory of Brain-Intestine Interaction

肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见病,发病机制尚未完全阐明,中医药治疗有一定优势。脑肠互动学说是近年来IBS机制研究的热点之一,脑肠轴、脑肠肽、肠道菌群是脑肠互动理论研究的重要内容。结合相关研究成果,认为脑-肠轴、脑肠肽、肠道菌群是IBS中医药研究中的重要桥梁、物质基础、重要靶点,而脑肠互动学说则是其重要理论基础。对脑肠互动学说进行深入研究,有助于进一步阐明中医药治疗IBS的现代机制,并可为中医临床辨治提供依据。

Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common clinical disease.Its pathogenesis has not been fully clarified.There are some obvious advantages in using Irritable bowel syndrome to treat this disease.Recently,the theory of brain-gut interaction is one of the significant focuses in the IBS research study,including the brain-gut axis,brain-gut peptide and gut flora.These three parts can be considered as important bridges,material basis and important targets in the TCM IBS research.The purpose of this paper is to develop the the theory of brain-gut interaction further in order to clarify the modern mechanism of TCM treatment of IBS and provide evidences for TCM clinical treatment.
