基于中医证候体质对多囊卵巢代谢相关的研究进展

Research Progress of Polycystic Ovary Metabolism Based on TCM Syndrome Constitution

多囊卵巢综合征作为一个棘手的妇科内分泌疾病,其复杂的病理及临床表现使其在治疗上难度非凡,中医学历史悠久虽然并没有明确的病名记载,却有类似疾病的相关疗法,现如今各医家临床通过经验辨证施治,取得显著疗效,充分体现中医同病异治异病同治的独特的理论体系。通过总结相关文献的中医证型、体质与多囊卵巢的内分泌代谢指标之间是否具有相关性为切入点对其进行总结分析,以期发现其中联系为未来更进一步的有针对性的治疗提供思路。

Polycystic is a thorny gynecological endocrine disease.The complexity of its pathological and clinical manifestations makes it extremely difficult to treat.Although there is no clear record of the disease name in traditional Chinese medicine,there are related treatments for similar diseases.However,many clinicians have adopted the symptomatic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment effect is remarkable,which fully reflects the unique theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine that treats the same disease with different diseases.This article summarizes whether there is a correlation between TCM syndrome types or constitutions and polycystic ovary endocrine metabolism indicators in the relevant literature as a starting point to summarize and analyze it,in order to find out the connection and provide ideas for further targeted treatment in the future.
