中医推拿联合消积止咳汤治疗小儿食积咳嗽的效果研究

Effect of Traditional Chinese Massage Combined with Xiaoji Zhike Decoction (消积止咳汤) in the Treatment of Infantile Food Accumulation Cough

目的中医推拿联合消积止咳汤治疗小儿食积咳嗽的效果研究。方法选择我院收治的2019年1月—2021年4月收治的66例小儿食积咳嗽患者,按完全随机法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者有33例,均以消积止咳汤治疗,观察组33例患者均给予中医推拿联合消积止咳汤治疗,探讨两组的治疗效果,同时分析两组的中医证候情况,包括腹胀、咳嗽及咳痰等,并比较两组炎症因子水平变化,包括肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)。结果治疗前,两组患者的炎症因子水平和各项中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的炎症因子水平降低程度大于对照组,对比数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究表明,对于小儿积食咳嗽患儿,采取单一的消积止咳汤治疗,效果并不明显,但在联合中医推拿后,效果得到显著提升,患者的临床症状得到改善,患者的炎症指标均有大幅度好转,说明中医推拿联合消积止咳汤在小儿食积咳嗽的治疗中,应用效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese massage combined with Xiaoji Zhike Decoction(消积止咳汤) in the treatment of infantile food accumulation cough. After treatment, the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the comparison data was statistically significant. The TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance. The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion the study shows that the effect of Xiaoji Zhike decoction is not obvious for children with food accumulation cough, but after combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage, the effect is significantly improved, the clinical symptoms of patients are improved, and the inflammatory indexes of patients are greatly improved, which indicates that the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with Xiaoji Zhike Decoction in the treatment of children with food accumulation cough is better, It is worth promoting.
