中医康复护理在脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者神经功能康复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Neurological Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Limb Dysfunction

目的探讨中医康复护理干预在脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者神经功能康复中的效果。方法选取2019年3月—12月河南省人民医院收治的脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者168例,按护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各84例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以中医康复护理。比较两组患者干预前后中医症状积分、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分、CSS评分及Barthel指数(MBI)。结果干预后,两组患者偏瘫、乏力、麻木、走路不稳等症状积分均下降,观察组各项积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上下肢FMA及MBI评分高于对照组,CSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理干预能够改善脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍的临床症状,促进肢神经动功能的恢复,提高日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention on neurological rehabilitation of stroke patients with limb dysfunction.Methods A total of 168 patients with stroke limb dysfunction were selected from March to December 2019 in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital, which were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 84 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on routine nursing group. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score, Fugl-Meyer(FMA) score, CSS score and Barthel Index(MBI) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of hemiplegia, fatigue, numbness, walking instability and other symptoms of the two groups were decreased, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The FMA and MBI scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the CSS scores were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of limb dysfunction in stroke patients, promote the recovery of limb neuromotor functionand improve the ability of daily life.
