温肺化瘀汤治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎临床观察

Effect of Wenfei Huayu Decoctionon(温肺化瘀汤)Children with Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的研究温肺化瘀汤对于治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的临床效果以及疗效,判断和对比温肺化瘀汤治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的临床症状改善情况、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生情况。方法选择医院2018年6月—2020年8月收治的104例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者,采用不同的治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组52例采用常规西医治疗方式;观察组52例采用温肺化瘀汤进行治疗。观察和对比两组患者的临床症状改善情况、治疗总有效率,以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者在经过不同的治疗方式治疗之后,通过对观察组和对照组的临床效果查看,可以看出观察组的症状改善情况明显高于对照组,并且观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,观察组的不良反应情况明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的治疗方式中,采用温肺化瘀汤治疗的办法对比常规西医治疗的方式,能有效地改善患者的临床症状,并且明显提高患者的治疗有效率、减少患者的不良反应的发生情况,具有良好的临床疗效和安全性,值得医学推广和借鉴。

Objective To study and discuss the clinical effect and curative effect of Wenfei Huayu Decoctionin(温肺化瘀汤)the treatment of infantile asthmatic bronchitis,judge and compare the clinical symptoms improvement,treatment efficiency and adverse reactions of Wenfei Huayu Decoction in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 104 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.Fifty-two cases in control group were treated with routine Western medicine and 52 cases in observation group were treated with Wenfei Huayu Decoction.We observed and compared the improvement of clinical symptoms and treatment efficiency.The adverse reactions occurred were also compared.Results After different treatment methods,we can see that the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis,Wenfei Huayu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,with good clinical efficacy and safety,worthy of medical promotion and reference.
