中医护理干预对胃溃疡患者的护理体会

Objective to Analyze the Nursing Experience of TCM Nursing Intervention on Patients with Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨和分析中医护理干预对胃溃疡患者的护理应用和价值体会。方法择取河南中医药大学第一附属医院的脾胃肝胆—内镜中心科室2019年8月—2020年10月发现的胃溃疡患者60例作为研究对象,按照不同的护理方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例患者,其中观察组采用中医护理和西医护理结合干预,对照组采用常规西医护理干预,比较两组患者在经过不同的护理之后,对其生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况、护理有效率以及患者的护理满意度进行统计和分析。结果两组患者在进行了不同的护理干预之后,观察组的生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况均明显好于对照组,并且观察组的护理有效率和患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预胃溃疡效果确切,可提高生活质量评分,降低不良反应发生率,提高护理有效率以及护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the application and value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 60 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 30 patients in each group After different nursing, the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with western medicine nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine western medicine nursing intervention, the quality of life score, adverse reactions, nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction of patients were statistically analyzed. Results after different nursing treatment, the quality of life score and adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the nursing efficiency and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on gastric ulcer is definite, which can improve the quality of life score, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction.
