活血续断汤治疗闭合性骨折的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Huoxue Xuduan Decoctionin (活血续断汤) Treatment of Closed Fractures

目的调查研究活血续断汤治疗闭合性骨折的临床疗效。方法从医院近一年以来收治的闭合性骨折患者中随机抽取66例作为研究对象。经比对分析将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组患者接受骨折闭合复位夹板外固定并配合常规的抗生素、护骨胶囊治疗,观察组在接受骨折闭合复位夹板外固定的基础上使用活血续断汤治疗。最终比较两组患者在接受不同治疗方法后的药物有效性,比较两组患者临床症状改善情况和两组患者最终住院天数。结果根据对两组患者的临床研究比较,最终结果显示常规治疗在有效性方面不及活血续断汤治疗。患者在持续服用一段时间的活血续断汤后,患者身体恢复更快,住院天数更短(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论活血续断汤治疗闭合性骨折,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Xuduan Decoctionin(活血续断汤) the treatment of closed fractures. Methods A total of 66 cases of closed fracture were randomly selected from our hospital in recent one year. After comparative analysis, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group. The control group received closed reduction and splint external fixation combined with conventional antibiotics and Hugu capsule, while the observation group was treated with Huoxue Xuduan Decoction on the basis of closed reduction and splint external fixation. Finally, the drug efficacy of the two groupsafter receiving different treatment methods was compared, and the improvements of clinical symptoms and the final hospitalization days of the two groups were compared. Results According to the comparison of clinical research of two groups, the final results showed that the effectiveness of conventional treatment was less than that of Huoxue Xuduan Decoction. After taking Huoxue Xuduan Decoction for a period of time, the patient recovered faster and the length of hospital stay was shorter. Among them, the data was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion HuoxueXuduan Decoction has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of closed fractures without serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
