中医针药联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined with Sulfasalazine in Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的分析中医针药联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)效果。方法选择2015年7月—2017年7月于医院就诊的AS患者92例为研究对象,按照交替分组法分为两组,其中对照组46例接受氮磺吡啶治疗,观察组46例在对照组基础上联合中医针药(补肾强督汤合督灸)治疗。观察两组治疗3个月后疗效,对比两组治疗前及治疗3个月后血清白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平,采用强直性脊柱炎生活质量问卷(ASQoL)对比两组干预前及干预3月后生活质量。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-33、CRP、ESR水平及ASQoL评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针药联合柳氮磺吡啶应用于AS患者的治疗中疗效较佳,能够有效降低炎症反应,改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods A total of 92 patients with AS treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the research subjects. According to the alternating grouping method, they were divided into two groups, of which 46 patients in the control group were treated with sulfasalazine, 46 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture(Bushen Qiangdu Decoction combined with Du moxibustion) on the basis of the control group. The curative effects of the two groups were observed after 3 months of treatment. The levels of serum interleukin-33(IL-33), C-reactive protein(CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment. Ankylosing spondylitis quality of life questionnaire(ASQoL) was used to compare the quality of life of the two groups before and 3 months after intervention. Results Compared with that of the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher, with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of IL-33, CRP, ESR and ASQoL scores of both groups after treatment were lower thanthose before treatment, and the observation group’s levels were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with sulfasalazine has better curative effect in the application of the treatment of patients with AS, which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life.
