摘要
试样通过高压密闭消溶前处理后,采取ICP-OES法直接测定氟碳铈矿的稀土元素。考察了酸度以及共存离子的干扰,探究实验的准确性和精密度,采用干扰系数校正法消除氟碳铈矿中主量稀土元素Ce、La对其他元素的影响。在最适的工作条件下,检出限为0.00024~0.05526,样品的加标回收率在95.25%~109.72%,相对标准偏差RSD<2%。该方法可用于氟碳铈矿日常检测分析稀土元素。
The inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)method is employed to directly determine rare earth elements in bastnaesite after the sample is pretreated by high-pressure airtight dissolution.The acidity and the interference of coexisting ions are investigated,and the accuracy and precision of the experiment are explored.The interference coefficient correction method is utilized to eliminate the influences of main rare earth elements in bastnaesite such as cerium and lanthanum on other elements.Under the most suitable working conditions,the detection limit is 0.00024-0.05526,the sample recovery rate is 95.25%-109.72%,and relative standard deviation is less than2%.It is indicated that this method can be used to determine daily rare earth elements in bastnaesite.
