基于故障树与灰色关联分析的盾构故障诊断

摘要 为了对盾构泥水系统进行故障诊断,确定引起盾构泥水系统故障的主要原因,针对故障树分析法在处理不确定复杂系统中的不足,采用故障树与灰色关联分析相结合的方式对泥水系统进行故障诊断。通过故障树底事件的重要度,计算出各个故障模式的灰色关联度并进行排序,得出了导致盾构泥水系统故障发生的各个故障模式的可能性大小。该方法不仅可以为之后盾构的实时故障诊断提供理论指导,提高诊断效率,并且可以推广到盾构液压系统其余的子模块中,提供一种新的故障诊断的思路与方法。 In order to diagnose the fault of the shield machine slurry system and determine the main cause of the shield machine slurry system failure,in view of the shortcomings of the fault tree analysis method in dealing with the uncertain complex system,this paper uses the combination of the fault tree and the gray correlation algorithm.To diagnose the fault of the machine slurry system,calculate the gray correlation degree of each failure mode and sort it through the importance of the bottom event of the fault tree,and obtain the probability of each failure mode that leads to the failure of the shield machine slurry system.The method can not only provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent real-time fault diagnosis of the shield,and improve the diagnosis efficiency,but also can be extended to the remaining sub-modules of the shield hydraulic system,providing a new idea and method for fault diagnosis.
