搓法针刺舌三针结合神仙解语丹治疗中风后失语的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Aphasia after Stroke by Rubbing Acupuncture with Three Needles on Tongue Combined with Shenxian Jieyu Pill

目的:观察搓法针刺舌三针结合神仙解语丹治疗中风后失语的临床疗效。方法:将收集的54例中风后失语患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为27人。两组患者均采用中风后常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上予以神仙解语丹口服,实验组在对照组基础上针刺舌三针,并施以搓法。两组疗程均为5周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后汉语失语症检查法(ABC)评分的得分情况、波士顿诊断性失语检查法中失语严重程度分级变化并进行疗效评估。结果:两组患者的听理解、口语表达、阅读、书写这四项评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组上述语言功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者失语严重程度均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的总有效率59.26%(P<0.05)。结论:在口服中药神仙解语丹的基础上加用搓法针刺舌三针治疗中风后失语症可明显改善失语症状。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rubbing acupuncture on the tongue with three needles combined with Shenxian Jieyu Dan in treating aphasia after stroke. Methods: A total of 54 patients with post-stroke aphasia were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table, with 27 people in each group. Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional post-stroke treatment. The control group was given Shenxian Jieyu Dan orally on the basis of conventional treatment, and the experimental group was treated with three needles on the tongue and rubbing method on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment for both groups was 5 weeks. Observe and compare the scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment according to the Chinese Aphasia Examination(ABC) score, the effect evaluation, and the changes in the severity of aphasia in the Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination. Results: The four scores of listening comprehension, oral expression, reading,and writing of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the above-mentioned language function scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the severity of aphasia in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group(96.30%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(59.26%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of oral Chinese medicine Shenxian Jieyu Dan, adding three-needle rubbing acupuncture to the tongue to treat post-stroke aphasia can significantly improve the symptoms of aphasia.
