环状RNA在系统性红斑狼疮发病机制中的作用研究进展

Research Progress of Cyclic RNA in Pathogenesis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

环状RNA(CircRNAs)是近年新兴的一类内源性和调控型非编码RNA。随着RNA测序技术和生物信息学预测的广泛应用,大量环状RNA被识别出来。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种临床表现多样、累及多器官的自身免疫性疾病。越来越多的研究表明,CircRNA表达失调在自身免疫性疾病的进展中发挥着重要作用。近期研究显示,环状CircRNA在SLE进展中具有重要的作用。本文综述了CircRNA在SLE中的表达及其在SLE发病机制中的角色,旨在为其临床应用提供参考。

Circular RNAs(CircRNAs) are a new class of endogenous and regulatory non coding RNAs. With the wide application of RNA sequencing technology and bioinformatics prediction, a large number of circular RNAs have been identified. Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune disease with various clinical features and multiple organs. More and more studies have shown that CircRNAs expression imbalance plays an important role in the development of autoimmune diseases. Recent studies have shown that CircRNAs plays an important role in the progression of SLE. This article reviews the expression of CircRNA in SLE and its role in the pathogenesis of SLE to provide reference for its clinical application.
