高龄经产妇产后盆底功能状况研究探讨

随着二孩政策的全面开放,高龄经产妇比例明显增加。高龄和多次产对盆底肌肉和神经的影响使得盆底功能障碍性疾病(pelvic floor dysfunction, PFD)发生率有所升高,已凸现出社会卫生经济学问题。本文就高龄妇女多次妊娠和分娩对盆底组织结构功能的影响及产后盆底功能评估和康复治疗的必要性进行阐述,以期临床工作者和产妇认识到接受专业指导的盆底康复措施是防治PFD重要且关键环节,及时进行产后康复,改善早期PFD的症状,防治远期PFD的发生。

With the full opening of the two-child policy, the proportion of elderly multipara increased significantly.The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD) has increased due to the effects of advance age and multiple births on pelvic floor muscles and nerves, and socio-economic problems have been highlighted. This article aims to expounds the effects of multiple pregnancies and delivenes on plevic floor tissue struture and the neccessity of postpartum pelvic floor function evaluation and rehabilitation treatment in elderly women, with aview to clinical workers and puerpera realizing that pelvic floor rehabilitation measures under professional guidance are PFD inportant and key links for prevention and treatment,and timely postpartum rehabilitation, to improve early maternal PFD symptoms, to prevent and to treat long-term PFD.
