摘要
老年人感染耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)的比例近年来有上升趋势,感染后住院时间长、病死率高、并发症多.本文对老年患者感染CRE的流行特点、CRE高危感染老年人的个体化筛查、感染CRE患者的多药联合治疗以及清除CRE感染定植的新进展进行综述,旨在为临床提供参考.
The proportion of the elderly infected with carbapenem-resistant Enierobacteriaceae(CRE)has in creased in recent years,with prolonged hospitalizati on・high mortality and various complications.In this paper,the epidemiological characteristics of CRE inf ections in the elderly.individualized screening of elderly patients at high-risk for CRE infections»multi-drug combination therapy for patients with CRE inf ections»and rece nt progress in elimi nating CRE inf ecti ons and colonization are reviewed to provide a reference for clinical practice.
