摘要
以屯宝矿综放工作面煤柱护巷回采巷道为工程背景,采用以数值模拟为主的综合研究方法,分析了煤柱巷道围岩周边应力环境特征及其作用下的围岩变形破坏形态。结果表明:采动影响下围岩应力环境出现非均匀现象是造成煤柱巷道围岩塑性区的非均匀性扩展的内在原因,煤柱巷道的剧烈变形主要是由于塑性破坏产生。据此,以控制巷道塑性区扩展为主线,对WⅡ02040502上顺槽进行了支护参数设计,巷道围岩深基点位移监测结果表明,整个监测期间,巷道围岩变形均在支护体可承受的范围内,围岩控制效果较好。
Taking the coal pillar protection roadway in fully mechanized caving face of Tunbao mine as the engineering background,a comprehensive research method based on numerical simulation is used to analyze the surrounding rock stress environment characteristics and deformation and failure mode of surrounding rock.The results show that the non-uniformity of the surrounding rock stress environment under the influence of mining is the inherent reason for the non-uniform expansion of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the coal pillar roadway.The severe deformation of the coal pillar roadway is mainly caused by plastic failure.In order to control the expansion of the plastic zone of the roadway,WⅡ02040502 way was designed with supporting parameters.The monitoring results of the deep displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway show that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is within the acceptable range of the support body during the entire monitoring period,and the surrounding rock control effect is better.
