摘要
钻削式采煤机因煤层的变化会有不同的振动特性,对于钻削机构的可靠性影响很大,因此采用Adams研究其振动特性。通过分析钻削机构的动力学分析流程后建立钻头与煤层的三维模型,导入ANSYS中对其进行自由模态分析。定义约束与载荷后计算不同工况下钻头的位移,提取质心位移可知,位移的最大值与煤层硬度、钻进深度和转速关系不大,这些因素主要影响的是钻头的波动性。
Drilling shearer have different vibration characteristics due to changes in the coal seam,which has a great impact on the reliability of the drilling mechanism.Therefore,Adams is used to study its vibration characteristics.After analyzing the dynamic analysis process of the drilling mechanism,a three-dimensional model of the drill bit and the coal seam is established,and the free modal analysis is carried out by importing it into ANSYS.After defining constraints and loads,the displacement of the drill bit under different working conditions is calculated.Extracting the displacement of the center of mass shows that the maximum displacement has little to do with coal seam hardness,drilling depth and speed.However,these factors mainly affect the volatility of the drill bit.
