摘要
针对矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车在长距离、大坡度斜井工况煤矿使用时,湿式制动器因长时间制动出现制动器腔体内粉片、活塞密封圈、浮动油封等部件高温,造成制动器漏油、密封圈烧结、甚至回位弹簧在高温情况下寿命急剧受损。通过设计油液循环系统,对制动器粉片腔体内的液压油进行强制冷却,并进行车辆工业性试验,结果表明:配备制动强制冷却系统后,在长距离下坡工况下,制动器最高温度只有71℃,有效提升制动器的使用寿命,提升防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车的使用安全性。
Aiming at the flameproof diesel vehicle with the rubber wheels for the mine is used in inclined shaft coal mine,the wet brake has the problem of high temperature of brake friction plate,piston sealing ring,floating oil seal and other parts in the brake chamber due to long-time braking,resulting in brake oil leakage,sealing ring sintering,and even the service life of return spring is sharply damaged under high temperature.Through the design of the oil circulation system,the hydraulic oil in the brake friction plate cavity is forced cooled,and the industrial test of the vehicle is carried out.The results show that the highest brake temperature is only 71℃under the condition of long downhill,which can effectively improve the service life of the brake and the safety of the flameproof diesel vehicle with the rubber wheels.
