摘要
选用天然生物质绞股蓝为碳源,通过简单的一步热解法成功制备了碳量子点。研究了不同温度和时间对生物质碳量子点荧光性能的影响,得到制备的最佳加热温度为400℃,时间为4h。同时发现碳量子点的荧光可以被Fe^(3+)离子有效的猝灭。研究结果表明,Fe^(3+)离子能够使碳量子点的荧光强度显著降低,其检测的线性范围在0~500μmol/L,检出限为0.38μmol/L.。
The carbon quantum dots are prepared by the simple one-step pyrolysis method with natural biomass gynostemma as the carbon source.The effects of different temperature and time on the fluorescence properties of carbon quantum dots are studied,then the best reaction temperature and time is obtained,which is 400℃and 4 hours respectively.Meanwhile,it is also found that the fluorescence of carbon quantum dots can be effectively quenched by the Fe^(3+)ions.The results show that the Fe^(3+)ions can significantly reduce the fluorescence intensity of carbon quantum dots,with a detection linear range of 0~500μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.38μmol/L.
