摘要
采用差示扫描量热分析法研究了AG-80环氧/酸酐固化体系的固化反应动力学。利用Kissinger-Ozawa动力学方程计算出体系的表观活化能,分别为55.12k J/mol、58.64 k J/mol,二者平均结果得出体系E_(a)为56.88k J/mol;通过Crane模型计算出固化反应级数,反应能级n=0.95,近似于一级反应,建立了该固化体系的固化反应动力学模型;并根据计算的固化反应动力学参数研究制定了该体系的固化工艺。
The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)is adopted to study the curing kinetics of AG-80 epoxy/anhydride curing system.The Kissinger-Ozawa equation is used to calculate the apparent activation energy of curing system,which is 55.12 k J/mol and 58.64 k J/mol respectively,and the final Ea(average value)of curing system is 56.88 k J/mol.The Crane model is used to calculate the curing reaction order,the reaction energy level n is0.95,nearly same to the first order reaction,and the curing kinetic model of the epoxy/anhydride curing system is established.According to the calculated curing kinetic parameters,the curing process of this system is established.
