摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,国防工业转型升级面临着新机遇但也有挑战。界定了国防工业转型升级的内涵,从产业链升级、产业结构优化和可持续发展三个方面分析了国防工业转型升级的驱动因素,最后提出了相应地实现路径,即供给侧优化调整以有效对接军事需求、充分发挥要素禀赋的作用和健全产业转型升级体系,以推动我国国防工业转型升级的顺利进行。
With Chinese characteristics socialism entering into new era since 2017,defence industry of China faces development opportunities while challenges.Therefore,this paper analyses driving factors of defence industry transformation and upgrading correspondingly from angle of industrial chain upgrading,industrial structure optimization and sustainable development comprehensively based on defining its connotation,and puts forward corresponding implementation path finally,that is adjusting supply-side to match military needs effectively,giving full play to role of factor endowment and optimizing transformation and upgrading system,which all aims to promote transformation and upgrading of defence industry smoothly in China.
