随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革孕育兴起,靳能源汽车产业进入加速发展新阶段,推动新能源汽车国际化发展,对服务国家战略具有重要意义。但由于国际贸易环境不确定性因素增多、国际认证与标准瓶颈凸显、海外市场配套体系不健全、服务保障体系待完善等诸多困难和挑战存在,我国新能源汽车国际化发展的任务依然十分艰巨。继续做好顶层设计,加强标准互认,推动协同发展,提升服务能力,加快培育新能源汽车产业国际竞争新优势,深度融入全球新能源汽车产业体系。

At present,with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the new energy automobile industry is entering a new stage of accelerated development.To promote the international development of new energy automobiles is of great significance to the national strategy.However,due to the increasing uncertainties in the international trade environment,prominent bottlenecks in international certification and standards,imperfect supporting systems in overseas markets,and service and guarantee systems to be improved,the international development of China's new energy vehicles remains a daunting task.There is an urgent need to do a good job in top-level design,strengthen mutual recognition of standards,promote coordinated development,improve service capabilities,accelerate the cultivation of new energy automobile industry international competitive advantages,and deeply integrate into the global new energy automobile industry system.
