企业家精神在创新驱动环境下是技术创新精神的表现,是宏观与微观战略的决策思维。为了进一步分析在创新驱动环境下,如何培养当代企业家精神,分析了企业家精神的本质内涵,提出了创新驱动机制中企业家精神发挥的普遍困惑,并提出了相应的培育路径建议。

In the innovation-driven environment,entrepreneurship is defined as an expression of the spirit of technical innovation and a decision-making thinking of macro and micro strategies.In order to further study how to cultivate contemporary entrepreneurship in an innovation-driven context,this article analyzes the essential connotation of entrepreneurship,puts forward the general confusion in the development of entrepreneurship in the innovation-driven mechanism,and gives corresponding cultivation path suggestions.
