External Technology Acquisition,Regional Institutional Environment and the Innovation Quality of High-tech Industry

关于高技术产业创新质量提升已有文献研究,外部技术获取如何影响和作用高技术产业创新质量的研究则较少,而外部技术获取是影响高技术产业创新质量的重要因素。同时,区域制度环境也是影响高技术产业创新质量的重要因素,但目前还没有文献把三个因素整合起来进行研究。基于此,从区域制度环境的视角深入分析外部技术获取对高技术产业创新质量的影响。研究发现,外部技术获取对高技术产业创新质量呈倒U型影响,不同外部技术获取模式对其影响存在差异。此外,制度环境越完善的区域,外部技术获取对高技术产业创新质量的影响更显著,其在不同外部技术获取模式与高技术产业创新质量之间的调节效应存在差异。

There are many literature studies on the innovation quality improvement of high-tech industry,but few researches have been made on how external technology acquisition affects and influences the innovation quality of high-tech industry.However,external technology acquisition is an important factor affecting the innovation quality of high-tech industry.At the same time,regional institutional environment is also an important factor affecting the innovation quality of high-tech industries,but there is currently no literature that combines the three factors together for research.Based on this,the article analyzes the impact of external technology acquisition on the innovation quality of high-tech industry from the perspective of regional institutional environment.The study shows that external technology acquisition has an inverted U-shaped effect on the innovation quality of high-tech industries,and different external technology acquisition modes have different effects on it.In addition,in regions with better regional institutional environment,external technology acquisition has stronger impact on the innovation quality of high-tech industries,and its moderating effects between different external technology acquisition modes and the innovation quality of high-tech industries vary.
