总分馆建设中“苏州模式”片区管理层机制探讨

Discussion on the Area Management Mechanism of “Suzhou Model” in the Main-Branch Libraries

“苏州模式”的总分馆建设,亮点之一就是实行“扁平化”结构管理,总馆直接管理分馆,包括人员、服务等,形成紧密型的总分馆关系。随着总分馆服务体系的不断完善,苏州图书馆创新“扁平化”结构管理,增设片区管理层,保障总分馆体系服务效能的充分发挥。文章通过对“苏州模式”片区管理层运行机制的探讨,分析进一步完善片区管理层机制的路径与建议。

One of the highlights of the construction of the main-branch libraries characterized as“Suzhou Model”is the implementation of“flat”structure management,which means that the main library directly manages the branches,including personnel,services,etc.Thus a close relationship between the main and branch libraries is formed.Suzhou Library innovated the“flat”structure management and added area management to give full play to the service efficiency of main-branch library system.The paper analyzes how to improve the area management mechanism of Suzhou Model,and gives some suggestions on it.
