省级及以上公共图书馆短视频微服务应用现状分析

Analysis on Application Status of Short Video Microservice in Provincial and Above Public Libraries

为了解、分析图书馆短视频服务的开展现状,以23所省级以上公共图书馆作为调研对象,通过网络调研方法对目前短视频服务的开通情况、发布作品数量、账号的被关注度情况进行调研,并分析各数据之间的相关关系。通过对作品内容的归类,认为主要包括图书馆活动、图书馆宣传、知识传递、书籍推荐和社会热点5个方面的内容。采用半结构访谈方法,重点对3所具有代表性的公共图书馆的短视频服务负责人进行了访谈,主要了解其运营情况、服务内容和服务效果,总结其建设经验,提出公共图书馆短视频服务存在的问题,并给出对策建议。

In order to understand and analyze the development status of short video services in libraries,this paper takes 23 public libraries above the provincial level as the research object,and uses online research methods to investigate the current short video service availability,number of published works and the attention of accounts through the network research method,and analyzes the correlation among the data.Through the classification of the contents of the works,it is considered that the works mainly include library activities,library publicity,knowledge transfer,book recommendation and social hotspots.The semi-structured interview method is adopted to interview the persons in charge of short video services in three representative public libraries,mainly to understand their operation model,service content and service effect,summarize their construction experience,and provide reference for the development of short video service in the future.Finally,the paper puts forward the problems existing in the short video service of public library and gives some suggestions.
