中日两国国家图书馆参考咨询协作事业比较研究

A Comparative Research on Collaborative Reference Undertakings of the National Libraries of China and Japan

全国性的图书馆参考咨询协作事业需要实力雄厚的国家级图书馆牵头组织。全国图书馆参考咨询协作网,主要面向我国省级及副省级市公共图书馆开展线下交流和培训,通过分层培训提升我国各级图书馆的参考咨询工作水平;日本参考咨询协作数据库实现与全国各级各类图情机构咨询案例的共建共享,并直接服务所有用户。通过梳理两者的发展历程和合作形式,比对两者的差异,以期借鉴日本参考咨询协作事业的经验,进一步提升我国参考咨询协作水平。

The nationwide collaborative reference undertakings requires a strong national-level library to take the lead.The network reference collaboration of National Library mainly provides offline communication and training for public libraries in provincial and sub-provincial cities of the country, and improves the reference and consultation level of libraries at all levels across the country through layered training.Collaborative reference database of Japan realizes the co-construction and sharing of reference cases with various types of libraries and information agencies at all levels in Japan, and directly serve all users.This article sorts out the development history and cooperation forms of the two, and compares the difference between the two, aiming at learning from the experience of Japan, and further improving the level of collaborative reference in our country.
