摘要
本文详细解读了教学病例讨论作为内科住院医师规范化培训中的一种重要教学方法,其定义与概念是什么,从选择合适的临床病例,设计、安排与准备,以及呈现教学病例并引导讨论等几个方面,详细分析了组织结构式教学病例讨论的具体方法与注意要点。最后探讨与总结了做好教学病例讨论在培养临床思维、循证决策、自主学习等行医能力中价值与意义。
This paper interprets the definition and concept of teaching case discussion as a key teaching method in residency training of internal medicine.Specific methods and points for organizing teaching case discussion are analyzed in details from the following aspects:how to select the appropriate clinical cases for teaching discussion;how to design,arrange and prepare structured teaching case discussion;how to present teaching cases and guide discussion.Finally,this paper summarizes the value and significance of teaching case discussion in cultivating clinical reasoning,evidence-based decision-making,self-directed learning and other competencies of clinical practice.
