专科医师规范化培训远程教学督导的思考与启示

Effect of distance teaching supervision in standardized training of specialists

在疫情防控要求下,中国医师协会于2020年11月至12月首次以远程的方式开展了专科医师规范化培训教学督导。自2018年启动招收工作以来,试点专科基地管理体系基本形成,规章制度不断完善,多种形式开展专培医师能力培养,专培医师待遇基本得到保障,专培制度试点认同度高。本次教学督导发现问题:一是重遴选,轻视专科基地的建设与管理;二是指导医师带教能力有待提升;三是过程管理有待落实;四是招收来源较为单一;五是待遇保障有待加强。通过本次专培远程教学督导以及后期问卷调查,对我国专科医师规范化制度试点的现状进行分析与思考。

Under the requirements of the prevention and control of the COVID-19,the Chinese Medical Doctor Association carried out the teaching supervision of standardized training for specialist physicians in a remote way in the first time from November to December 2020.Since the start of the recruitment work in 2018,the management system of pilot specialty bases has been basically formed,rules and regulations have been continuously completed,the ability training of specialists has been carried out in various forms,the treatment of specialists has been basically guaranteed,and the pilot specialized training system has been highly recognized.Through the teaching supervision we found that:firstly,the specialist bases emphasised on selection and neglected the construction and management;secondly,the teaching capacity of instructing physicians needed to be improved;thirdly,the process management needed to be implemented;fourthly,the source of recruitment was relatively single;and fifthly,the salary of specialist physicians needed to be strengthened.Through this distance teaching supervision and the post-questionnaire survey,we can analyse and reflect on the current situation of China's standardised specialist training.
