Application of trilogy training mode for general practitioners in standardized training base of general hospital residents

以提高全科医师岗位胜任力为导向,浙江大学医学院附属第一医院作为国家首批全科住院医师规范化培训基地,对全科带教、全科医师的轮转方案、亚专长培养等方面,积极地探索与实践,创建了全科门诊带教模式、导航式培养模式和亚专长全科医生培养模式三部曲培养模式,为国内同行提供参考与借鉴。

Guided by improving the post competency of general practitioners,the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Zhejiang University,as the first batch of standardized training base for general residents in China,has actively explored and practiced the teaching of general practitioners,the rotation scheme of general practitioners,and the training of sub-specialties.General practitioners inquiry-preceptor(GP-IP),general practitioners milestones(GP-S)and general practitioners with special interests(GPwSI),which were summarized as GP trilogy training mode,providing reference for domestic counterparts.
