基于岗位胜任力的美国放射科住院医师Milestone评价系统:诊断放射学最新版解读与比较

Core competency-based milestone project of residency in USA:interpretation and comparison of the newest version of the diagnostic radiology

基于岗位胜任力的诊断放射学分阶段目标胜任力评价系统(the diagnostic radiology milestone project,DRMP)是由美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会和美国放射学委员会联合发布的,旨在为评估放射科住院医师或专科医师在培训过程中的核心胜任力发展历程提供一个框架。首版DRMP自2015年发布以来,在全球范围内备受青睐,形成了以过程控制和结果评价、自我评估和他人评估相结合的,以形成性、发展性为目的而设计的评价体系,同时支持个人学习者、教育项目和专业的持续质量改进。2019年12月颁布了新版DRMP,在六大核心胜任力等方面均进行了不同程度的修订和增减,同时还附带补充了指南。该文将对2019版的DRMP详细解读,并在核心胜任力方面与2015版DRMP进行比较,以期为我国新时期的放射科住院医师规范化培训工作提供借鉴和参考。

The Diagnostic Radiology Milestone Project(DRMP)is a post-competency-based framework jointly issued by Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education(ACGME)and American Board of Radiology(ABR),which aims to evaluate the core competency development of radiology residents or specialists during the training process.Since the first version of DRMP was released in 2015,it has gained worldwide popularity.It has formed an evaluation system designed for formative and developmental purposes,which combines process control with result evaluation,self-evaluation and others'evaluation.Moreover,it also supports the continuous quality improvement of individual learners,educational projects and the specialty.In December 2019,a new version of DRMP was issued,with varying degrees of revision,increase or decrease in the 6 core competencies and other aspects,and attached with supplementary guidelines.This paper will make a detailed interpretation of the new version of DRMP,and compare it with the first version of DRMP in terms of core competence,in order to provide reference for the development of radiology education in China.
