农业水价对不同种植规模农户节水行为的影响研究——基于对石津灌区的调查研究 被引量:9

摘要 农业水价综合改革下灌溉用水定价水平不同,不同种植规模农户由于生产目标、土地价值认知、土地利用等不同,在节水行为上会有一定的差异性。通过分层抽样调查法辅助结构访谈法获取了337份样本数据,采用多元回归和Probit模型研究石津灌区农业水价综合改革下不同规模农户的节水行为,主要得出以下结论:1)农业水价对农户减少使用亩均灌溉用水量有显著负向影响。在农业水价与农户类型交互项模型中,交互项系数显著为负,即规模户比小农户对水价变动的反应更敏感。2)农业水价对农户种植结构调整的影响不显著。但交互项显著为负,即规模户相较于小农户会在短期内及时调整种植结构。3)农业水价对农户采用节水灌溉技术的影响不显著。然而交互项系数显著为正,即规模户比小农户更加愿意在水价成本较高时采用节水灌溉技术。 The pricing level of irrigation water under the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price is different, and farmers of different planting scales will have some differences in water conservation behavior because of different production targets, land value cognition and land use. Through the stratified sampling survey method and the auxiliary structure interview method, 337 sample data were obtained, and the multiple regression and Probit model were used to study the water-saving behavior of farmers with different planting scales under the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Shijin Irrigation District. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) Agricultural water price has a significant negative impact on the irrigation water consumption per mu for farmers. In the model of the interaction item between agricultural water price and farm types, the interaction coefficient is significantly negative, that is, the large-scale farms are more sensitive to the change of water price than the small farms. 2) The impact of agricultural water prices on the adjustment of farmers’ planting structure is not significant. However, in the interactive item model, the interaction item is significantly negative, that is, compared with small farms, large-scale farms will timely adjust the planting structure in the short term. 3) The impact of agricultural water prices on the adoption of water-saving irrigation technologies by farmers is not significant. However, the coefficient of the interaction term is significantly positive, that is, large-scale households are more willing to adopt water-saving irrigation technology than small-scale farmers when water prices are higher.
