摘要
Bcl-2相关转录因子1(Bcl-2-associated transcription factor,BCLAF1)是一种多功能蛋白质,具有富含精氨酸-丝氨酸功能域(RS结构域)和DNA结合功能域,参与器官发育、RNA加工与稳定、细胞激活等多种生物学功能。近年来,随着对BCLAF1研究的不断深入,许多证据证实BCLAF1参与了肿瘤的多种生物学过程,已经成为一个广受关注的肿瘤靶点。本文对BCLAF1基因在多种肿瘤中扮演的生物学作用进行综述,以期为肿瘤的研究提供治疗靶点和新思路。
Bcl-2-associated transcription factor 1(BCLAF1)is a multifunctional protein,which is rich in the arginine-serine(RS)domain and DNA binding domain,and participates in various biological functions,such as RNA processing and stabilizing,and cell activation as well.In recent years,with the deepening of research on BCLAF1,many evidences have confirmed that BCLAF1 is involved in a variety of biological processes of tumors,and it has become a widely concerned tumor target.In this paper,the biological role of BCLAF1 gene in a variety of tumors is reviewed in order to provide therapeutic targets and new ideas for tumor researches.
