社会资本类型取向、自然资源价值认知与农村环境共同治理——基于东北三省农民调研的实证研究

Relationship of rural environmental co-governance with social capital type orientation and natural resources value cognition

农民对社会资本类型的不同取向和对自然资源价值的不同认知影响农村环境共同治理实现。通过对东北三省76个行政村1410位农民进行问卷调查,运用数量化理论III类模型、有序逻辑回归分析表明:1)农民对内部整合型社会资本的需求程度、对自然资源是否有维护生态系统平衡这一价值的认知程度、对活动能够取得社会效益的期待程度三者对农民参与活动的积极性有显著正向影响。2)男性相对女性、务农农民相对纯非农就业农民、年长农民相对年轻农民的活动参与度高。3)农民参与度越高,越认为活动对促进社会资本形成的作用明显。

Farmers’ different demands of social capital types and different cognition of natural resources value affect the realization of rural environmental co-governance.Based on the questionnaire survey of 1410 farmers in 76 administrative villages in three provinces of Northeast China,using the theory of quantitative III model and ordinal logistic regression,we analyzed the relationships between rural environmental co-governance and social capital type orientation and natural resources value cognition.Results shows that:1)The degree of farmers’ demand for internal integrated social capital,their cognition that whether the natural resources have the value of maintaining ecosystem balance,and their expectation of social benefits from the activities have significant positive impacts on their participation in activities.2)In relation to the participation to co-governance of rural environment,male is mor than female,agricultural farmers is more than non-agricultural employment farmers,and older farmers is more than younger farmers.3)The higher the participation of farmers,the more they think that the activities play an important role in promoting the formation of social capital.
