摘要
机载托架是机载设备的固定载体,除满足刚强度指标要求外,重量越轻越好。在以往轻量化设计中,采用复合材料替代金属做轻量化设计时,未考虑金属材料与复合材料之间的成型差异,只是简单的将结构材料做替换,而不对结构做任何改动,这给制造带来了极大难度,无形之中也增加了制造成本。本文针对机载托架轻量化设计中存在的问题,提出了面向制造的结构轻量化设计方法。从材料特性分析、工艺成型手段、结构优化设计和仿真计算等多方面进行阐述,提供了一种利于制造的轻量化设计方法。
Airborne bracket is the fixed carrier of airborne equipment. In addition to meeting the requirements of stiffness and strength index, the lighter the weight, the better. In the previous lightweight design, when composite materials are used to replace metal for lightweight design, the molding difference between metal materials and composite materials is not considered, but the structural materials are simply replaced without any change to the structure, which brings great difficulty to manufacturing and increases the manufacturing cost virtually. Aiming at the problems existing in the lightweight design of airborne bracket, a manufacturing oriented structural lightweight design method is proposed in this paper. This paper expounds from the aspects of material characteristic analysis, process forming means, structural optimization design and simulation calculation, and provides a lightweight design method conducive to manufacturing.
