摘要 本文为了研究T800级中模高强碳纤维预浸料在自动化铺贴设备上的应用,对其可铺附性、铺放效率以及力学性能等方面建立了定性的评价标准,并逐步过渡到可量化的评价标准,针对该种类的材料,从只关注了造成铺放效率降低的主要因素,如材料的毛丝、刚性及粘性,后逐步的将关注重点放在了材料的温度敏感性,并更加明确了材料粘性的需求,将材料的粘性评价标准定义为在不同的温度条件呈现出不同的粘性表征。本试验还包含了针对自动化铺丝材料宽度在不同条件下的变化,及其使用分切后的预浸料铺贴的测试板固化后的厚度差异、内部质量情况和对力学性能的影响进行分析研究,并通过试验得出结论,T800级中模高强碳纤维预浸料在不同的试验条件下并未发生明显的宽度变化,使用分切后的预浸料铺贴的测试版固化后并未出现厚度超差、内部质量缺陷及力学性能下降的现象。为T800级中模高强碳纤维预浸料中自动化铺放材料后续的定量工艺性评价提供参考方向。 To study prepreg of T800 carbon fiber intermediate modulus with higher tensile strength in automatic lay-up device application, laying adaptation, laying efficiency and mechanical properties and so on has established the qualitative evaluation standard, and gradually transition to the quantitative evaluation standard, according to the types of materials, from only focusing on the main factors of laying low efficiency, such as hair silk, rigidity and viscidity, After that, the focus was gradually put on the temperature sensitivity of materials, and the viscidity of materials was more clearly defined. The evaluation standard of viscidity of materials was defined as showing different viscidity characterization under different temperature conditions. This experiment also includes the analysis and research on the width changes of automatic fiber placement material under different conditions, and the thickness difference, internal quality and the influence on mechanical properties of the test piece after curing by slitting prepreg, and the conclusion is drawn through the experiment. The width of T800 carbon fiber intermediate modulus prepreg did not change significantly under different experimental conditions, and there were no abnormal thickness, internal quality defects and mechanical properties decline after curing in the test version of the slitting prepreg. It provides a reference direction for quantitative process evaluation of automatic lay-up material in T800 carbon fiber intermediate modulus with higher tensile strength prepreg.
