摘要
基于国产CCF300碳纤维综合性能低于进口T300碳纤维这一事实,通过对比研究CCF300碳纤维及T300碳纤维表面物化性能,分析两种碳纤维表面状态的差异,针对性的提出国产碳纤维表面改性方法。将酚醛树脂涂覆在碳纤维表面,然后在惰性气体的保护下进行高温炭化。考察了酚醛树脂浓度、炭化温度对碳纤维表面状态的影响。结果显示,在酚醛质量比1∶70,炭化温度700℃时,可以获得最佳的改性效果,在碳纤维表面附着一层均匀的多孔炭结构,从而大幅提升界面性能。
Based on the fact that the comprehensive performance of domestic CCF300 carbon fiber is lower than that of imported T300 carbon fiber, the surface physical and chemical properties of CCF300 carbon fiber and T300 carbon fiber are compared, the difference of surface state of the two kinds of carbon fiber is analyzed, and the surface modification method of domestic carbon fiber is proposed. Carbon fiber was coated with phenolic resin and then carbonized at high temperature under the protection of inert gas. The effects of the concentration of phenolic resin and carbonization temperature on the surface state of carbon fiber were investigated. The results show that the best modification effect can be obtained when the mass ratio of phenolic is 1∶70 and the carbonization temperature is 700℃, and a uniform layer of porous carbon structure is attached to the surface of the carbon fiber, which greatly improves the interfacial properties.
