Evolutionary Logic and Future Orientation:An Interpretation of Regulations on Continuing Education For Publishing Professional and Technical Staff

摘要 通过文献分析、文本语义分析等研究方法,审视《出版专业技术人员继续教育规定》的文本更新所蕴含的时代诉求,探析其内容、形式及管理体制等层面的修订内容,研判其推进我国出版专业技术人员继续教育工作高质量发展的演化逻辑,为出版专业技术人员继续教育工作高质量发展建言献策。 Through literature analysis and semantic analysis of the text,this paper examines the aspirations of the times underlying the updating of Regulations on Continuing Education For Publishing Professional and Technical Staff,explores the content,form and management system of the amendments,and examines the logic of its evolution in promoting the high-quality development of the continuing education of publishing professional and technical staff in China,offering some suggestions for the high-quality development of the continuing education of publishing professional and technical staff.
