老年教育现代化区域发展策略研究——以苏州市为例

On the Regional Development Strategy of the Modernization of the Elderly Education——Taking Suzhou as an example

老年教育区域发展不平衡,在人口急剧老龄化发展的形势下,面临的困难和挑战更加严峻。本研究以苏州市为例,通过调研苏州当前老年教育发展现状,分析阻碍苏州老年教育现代化发展的瓶颈问题,从坚持原则、顶层架构、内涵建设和保障措施等方面提出发展策略,以期加快提升老年教育现代化发展质量,培养养教服务人才,完善市民终身学习服务体系,让更多的老年人享受美好教育,提升生活品质。

With the rapid aging population,the regional unbalanced development of elderly education is faced with more severe difficulties and challenges.With the investigation of the current situation of the development of the elderly education,this study takes Suzhou as an example,analyzes the bottleneck problems that hinder the modernization of the elderly education in Suzhou,and puts forward development strategies from the aspects of adhering to the principles,top-level structure,intension construction and safeguard measures,so as to accelerate the improvement of the quality of the modernization of the elderly education,cultivate the talents for education and service,and improve the lifelong learning service system for the elderly,hence more elderly people can enjoy better education and improve their quality of life.
