火炬消烟蒸汽系统的改进措施及实施效果

摘要 为了避免火炬系统消烟蒸汽凝结水对火炬系统运行的危害,分析了某聚丙烯生产厂消烟蒸汽消耗大的原因,并提出对消烟蒸汽进行分程控制的改进措施,从实施效果来看,分程控制降低了蒸汽量。本次改进适应工艺要求,保护环境,节约资源。 In order to avoid the harm of condensate from the smoke suppression system to torch,the reason for the large consumption of steam used to eliminate smoke in a polypropylene production plant,and then split-ranging control as an improvement was proposed for steam.The application results showed that steam volume was significantly reduced by split-ranging control,which meets process requirements,protects environment,and saves resources.
