甲醇脱除工艺优化

摘要 制备双酚A用丙酮和苯酚作为原料,在阳离子交换树脂催化剂作用下发生缩合反应。原料丙酮中含有少量的甲醇,甲醇在反应过程中对催化剂有失活作用,而且这种失活是不可逆的。制备双酚A需要进行原料提纯,通过精馏脱除丙酮中的甲醇等杂质。优化工艺条件,不仅可以提高丙酮纯度,延长催化剂使用寿命,而且还降低了生产能耗。论述了丙酮精馏的工艺优化过程,重点对工艺过程中压力的影响进行了详述,通过优化得到最佳工艺条件,延长了催化剂的使用寿命,降低了生产能耗。 Bisphenol A was prepared by condensation reaction of acetone and phenol with cation exchange resin catalyst.The raw material acetone contains a small amount of methanol.Methanol deactivates the catalyst in the reaction process,and this deactivation is irreversible.The process of preparing bisphenol A requires raw material purification,and methanol and other impurities in acetone are removed by distillation.Optimizing the process conditions can not only improve the purity of acetone,improve the service life of catalyst,but also reduce the production energy consumption.The process optimization process of acetone distillation is discussed,with emphasis on the influence of pressure in the process.The optimal process conditions are obtained through optimization,which prolongs the service life of catalyst and reduces production energy consumption.
