摘要
梯度复合金属滤芯在燕山分公司Ⅱ套S Zorb装置长期应用结果表明,ME101梯度复合滤芯过滤精度≥1.3μm,过滤效率≥99.97%,最大耐受压差100kPa,且耐冲刷,抗堵塞,反吹再生性能明显优于原有均质滤芯,在处理量相同的情况下,压差上升缓慢,运行周期大幅延长,能够满足S Zorb装置长期高负荷安全稳定运行的要求。
The long-term application of gradient composite metal filter element in Ⅱ S Zorb unit of Yanshan Branch shows that the filtration accuracy of ME101 gradient composite filter element is≥1.3 μm. The filtration efficiency is ≥ 99.97%,the maximum tolerance pressure difference is 100 kPa,and the anti-scouring and anti-blocking and back-blowing regeneration performance is obviously better than that of the original homogeneous filter element.Under the same treatment capacity,the pressure difference rises slowly and the operating cycle is greatly extended,which can meet the requirements of long-term high load,safe and stable operation of S Zorb unit.
