摘要
针对一体机电机悬臂梁结构不稳定且梁的刚度不够,使得运行中联轴器承受剪切力大,径向偏差大于联轴器可以补偿范围,导致运行过程中振动过大,联轴器使用寿命短的现象,提出了在电机端增加支撑,形成相对稳定的双端固定结构形式,减少了由于电机重力给联轴器带来的剪切力,减小了径向偏差,以达到减少故障检修次数,保证装置安全高效生产的目的。
The motor of multi-purpose mechanical adopts cantilever beam structure,which is unstable in structure and the rigidity of beam is not enough.Cause the coupling to bear excessive shear force during operation.The radial deviation is greater than the compensation range of the coupling.Causing excessive vibration during operation.Short service life of coupling.By adding support at the end of motor,form a relatively stable double-end fixed structure.Reduce the shear force brought to the coupling by motor gravity,and reduce radial deviation.To reduce the number of troubleshooting times and the purpose of ensuring safe and efficient production of the device.
