Technical measures to increase drilling speed in Pearl River Mouth Basin

摘要 随着社会的发展,对于石油的需求越来越多,为了维持原油市场供需关系的稳定,需要不断提高石油产量,因此油井越钻越多、越钻越深,亟需提高深部地层钻井速度。珠江口盆地深部地层珠海组、恩平组和文昌组岩石强度高,地层可钻性差,导致机械钻速慢及钻头磨损严重。通过技术调研及对已钻井分析,提出地层可钻性分析、钻头优化、提速工具优选、钻井技术措施优化等一系列钻井提速的相关措施,来提高石油钻探速度,促进油气田高效开发。 With the development of society,the demand for oil is getting higher and higher.In order to maintain the stability of the supply and demand relationship in the crude oil market,it is necessary to continuously increase oil production.Therefore,more and more Wells are drilled and deeper,so it is necessary to improve the drilling speed of deep formation.The rocks of Zhuhai Formation,Enping Formation and Wenchang Formation in the deep strata of the Pearl River Mouth Basin are of high rock strength and poor drillability,which leads to slow drilling rate and serious bit wear.Through technical research and analysis of drilled Wells,this paper puts forward a series of measures related to drilling speed,such as formation drillability analysis,bit optimization,speed tool optimization,drilling technology and measures optimization,so as to improve the oil drilling speed and promote efficient development of oil and gas fields.
